Once your Fiance' has arrived in the USA, and after you are married, you will need to file for Adjustment Of Status. We filed the I-765 and the I-131 at the same time, in conjuction with our Adjustment of Status. There was no extra charge when completed with the initial packet. It is our understanding if you wait to file those separately you may have additional filing fees.
